The State School of Music I and II degree in Sanok

 

 IWONA BODZIAK graduated from Academy of Music and Pedagogical School of Higher Education – both in Kraków (Cracow), Poland. She also completed the third degree of academic studies with specialisation in teaching music. 

She is the head teacher of the classical guitar class at Wanda Kossakowa State Music School of 1^st and 2^nd degree – in Sanok. She is also a lecturer in the Department of Music Education of  the Jan Grodek Vocational Academy in Sanok.

She is a consultant of music education of 1^st and 2^nd degree in the Centre of Artistic Education, an expert of the Ministry of National Education and a jury member of Polish and international guitar competitions. She was a lecturer in the International Classical Guitar Courses held in Szczawne Zdrój, Krzyżowa, Kudowa Zdrój, Jarocin and an initiator and the art director of the International Guitar Meetings which took place in Sanok in the years 1987 – 2011. She conducts methodological workshops for teachers and pupils in Poland and abroad (Austria, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary).

She has educated many winners of national and international guitar competitions. For her outstanding teaching and educational achievements she received an honourable title of the Professor of  Education.

 

IWONA BODZIAK ukończyła Akademię Muzyczną i Wyższą Szkołę Pedagogiczną w Krakowie oraz studia akademickie trzeciego stopnia na kierunku Dydaktyka muzyki. Prowadzi klasę gitary klasycznej w Państwowej Szkole Muzycznej I i II st. im. Wandy Kossakowej w Sanoku oraz jest wykładowcą na kierunku Edukacja Artystyczna w Zakresie Sztuki Muzycznej w Państwowej Wyższej Szkole Zawodowej im. Jana Grodka w Sanoku.

Jest konsultantem szkolnictwa muzycznego I i II stopnia Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej, ekspertem Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowej oraz jurorem ogólnopolskich i międzynarodowych konkursów gitarowych. 

Była wykładowcą na Międzynarodowych Kursach Gitary Klasycznej w Szczawnie Zdroju, Krzyżowej, Kudowie Zdroju i Jarocinie oraz inicjatorem i dyrektorem artystycznym Międzynarodowych Spotkań Gitarowych, które odbywały się w Sanoku w latach 1987 – 2011. 

Prowadzi warsztaty metodyczne  dla nauczycieli i uczniów w kraju i za granicą (Austria, Słowacja, Ukraina, Węgry). Wykształciła wielu laureatów ogólnopolskich i międzynarodowych konkursów gitarowych.

Za wybitne osiągnięcia dydaktyczne i wychowawcze otrzymała honorowy tytuł Profesora Oświaty.
